Policies pending review
These policies have not yet been reviewed and marked by an admin. They are safe defaults — an admin should review and customise them before public launch.
Booking Policy
- Booking requests are confirmed by app or WhatsApp once availability and fare are checked.
- Cash on arrival is available where shown during booking.
- Clear upfront fares are shown for routes with fixed pricing. For routes without a fixed fare, the price is confirmed by WhatsApp before your trip.
- Driver details (name, vehicle, plate number) are shared before pickup via WhatsApp or the app.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation should be requested by WhatsApp as early as possible before your scheduled pickup.
- There is no charge for cancelling a booking request before it has been confirmed.
- If your flight is delayed, let us know on WhatsApp and we will do our best to adjust.
Privacy Notice
- Customer data (name, phone, email, pickup/destination) is used for arranging bookings, driver communication, and support.
- We use your contact details to confirm bookings and communicate about your trip by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Booking records are retained for customer support and service improvement.
Terms of Use
- By using this website and submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
- A booking request is not a confirmed reservation until you receive confirmation via the app or WhatsApp.
- Fares shown are in EGP unless otherwise stated. Cash payments are made directly to the driver.
- Sharm Taxi is a local transfer service in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control.
